Coroplast / Coroboard / Coroflute PusherJet F22 PLANS Build Pictures Details
This is a quick simple build for my Coro Pusher Jet. This jet only takes about 1-2 hours start to finish to build and only cost a few dollars. If anyone is interested in drawing this up the CAD let me know that would be awesome.

Hot glue side’s of fuselage to wing.
One end of the motor mount is wider because it is a cap for the fuselage.
Motor mount fits in like this, nice and snug. Then hot glue it all.
Motor mount should have a piece of ply or plastic that the motor screws onto (not shown) then hot glue to end of fuselage
Cut and hot glue any shape or the nose you wish using scrap bits.
Hot glue on top front of the fuselage and score one side of corro to make a hinge, then I just tape down the roof to get access to battery.
Horizontal stabilizer with notch cut.
Horizontal stabilizer cutting a notch out of the it and bending it up to fit the servo. Hot glue scrap for support. Choose an angle that looks good. The stabilizers are just hot glued on with a bamboo skewer glued to the leading edge and bent and glued to the wing.
fiber tape works fine for me, I usually put horizontal and vertical strips on.
Simple control horns made from MIG Wire
0.8mm MIG Welding wire, bent into control horns. to use push through from underneath and hot melt glue from botttom and top.
